1. Our policy

To help us process a copyright takedown request quickly, please include the following information:

Incomplete notices may take longer to review. If we cannot identify the reported material or verify the nature of the complaint, we may ask for additional information.

5. Information required for image rights, consent, or impersonation reports

If your complaint is not primarily about copyright, but about your own image, identity, consent, privacy, or safety, please include as much of the following as possible:

1. Your full name and contact email address.
2. The exact URL of the reported profile, image, listing, feed item, video, thumbnail, or page.
3. A clear explanation of your connection to the reported content.
4. Whether you are the person shown, the legal representative of the person shown, a rights holder, or an authorized agent.
5. Why the content should be removed or restricted, for example lack of consent, fake profile, unauthorized use of likeness, underage concern, or safety risk.
6. Any evidence that helps us assess the report, such as links to your official profile, proof of ownership, prior publication source, or relevant documentation.

We may request additional information to verify identity, authority, rights ownership, consent status, or the accuracy of the report. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents unless requested.

6. Urgent reports involving minors, non-consensual content, or illegal material

Reports involving suspected minors, non-consensual intimate material, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, sexual violence, or other illegal content are treated as urgent safety reports.

If you believe content involves a minor or an immediate safety risk, please state this clearly in the subject line and message. We may remove or restrict access to the content while the report is reviewed, preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate, and cooperate with lawful authorities where required.

7. What happens after we receive a report

After receiving a takedown request or rights complaint, we may take one or more of the following steps:

• confirm receipt of the report where appropriate;
• review the reported URL, profile, image, listing, video, or content item;
• request additional information from the reporter, creator, uploader, or profile owner;
• temporarily restrict or remove content while the report is reviewed;
• remove, disable, demote, blur, delist, or otherwise restrict the reported material;
• notify the creator, uploader, or profile owner where appropriate and legally permissible;
• reject reports that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, clearly unfounded, or unrelated to legal rights;
• document the decision for legal, safety, moderation, and repeat-violation purposes.

We aim to review reports carefully and fairly. Response times may vary depending on the complexity, urgency, volume of reports, and whether additional information is needed.

8. Creator and uploader obligations

Creators, uploaders, advertisers, sponsors, profile owners, and anyone submitting content to this website must ensure that:

• they own the content or have all required rights and permissions to use it;
• all persons shown in the content are at least 18 years old;
• all persons shown have consented to the creation, upload, display, promotion, and use of the content;
• content does not infringe copyright, image rights, privacy rights, personality rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or contractual rights;
• content is not stolen, leaked, scraped, reposted without permission, non-consensual, misleading, exploitative, or illegal.

If you cannot prove that you have the necessary rights and consent for submitted content, do not submit it.

9. Counter-notices and appeals

If your content was removed or restricted because of a takedown request and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us and request a review.

A review request should include the URL or description of the removed content, your contact details, an explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect, and evidence showing that you own the content or have the necessary rights, consent, licenses, releases, or legal basis to publish it.

We may decline to restore content where the evidence is insufficient, where rights or consent remain disputed, where the content creates legal or safety risk, or where restoration would violate our Terms, Creator Rules, or applicable law.

10. DMCA notices for U.S. copyright claims

If you are submitting a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice should include the information required by applicable DMCA rules, including identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, good-faith and accuracy statements, and your physical or electronic signature.

If this website seeks to rely on the U.S. DMCA safe harbor for user-submitted content, a designated copyright agent should also be made available publicly on the website and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until such registration is completed, this page should be understood as a general copyright and takedown contact page, not as a guarantee of DMCA safe-harbor status.

11. False or abusive reports

Please do not submit false, misleading, automated, abusive, or bad-faith reports. Takedown tools are intended to protect rights and safety, not to harass creators, suppress lawful content, manipulate rankings, harm competitors, or create fraudulent claims.

We may reject abusive reports, restrict reporting access, preserve evidence of abuse, or take further action where necessary to protect the platform, creators, rights holders, and affected persons.

12. Repeat violations

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove profiles, accounts, listings, premium placements, sponsored placements, links, or content associated with repeated or serious rights violations.

In serious cases, including stolen content, leaked content, non-consensual content, underage concerns, impersonation, falsified evidence, or deliberate copyright infringement, one confirmed violation may be enough for immediate profile deletion or account termination.

13. No legal determination

Our review of a report is a platform moderation and safety process. A decision to remove, restrict, restore, or keep content online does not necessarily mean that we have made a final legal determination about copyright ownership, consent, infringement, fair use, personality rights, or any other legal issue.

Disputes between private parties may need to be resolved directly between the parties or by a competent court or authority.
